110% Superbonus
The 110% Superbonus is an incentive aimed at making homes more efficient and safer, giving all citizens the opportunity to carry out work at no cost.
In order to benefit from the 110% Superbonus, it is first necessary to check with a technician what work can be carried out. In the case of the Super Ecobonus, it is also necessary to verify that these interventions guarantee the improvement of at least two energy classes.
The beneficiary can then contact the company or companies to carry out the work. The beneficiary may also decide to bear the costs directly, thereby obtaining the 110% deduction, or take the option of a discount up to a maximum of 100% of the invoice amount. In the latter case, the company or companies will receive a tax credit equal to 110% of the discount.
Bonus facades
The facade bonus is part of the Decreto Rilancio, approved on 16 July 2020 by the Senate. This type of renovation bonus grants a 90% tax break for all restoration and architectural renovation work on the external facades of any type of building.
It is a tax deduction aimed in all respects at revitalising the exterior of existing buildings, whatever their cadastral category, as long as they are located in historic centres or in already urbanised parts of the city. The relief applies to all work carried out on the exterior of the building, including the parts that make it up on the sides.
The discount can also be used simply for ordinary maintenance, such as painting, resurfacing of outdoor balconies, railings, decorations and outdoor lighting systems, but also for the installation of electrical cables and equipment used to transmit TV signals.
30% restructuring bonus
The home renovation bonus is a tax deduction for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work carried out in condominiums or individual buildings.
The bonus allows access to an IRPEF refund for expenses incurred up to a maximum of €48,000. Also for the year 2021, for renovation works involving energy saving we provide the mandatory ENEA documentation.
Credit transfer/invoice discounting
